Carson's 7th BiRtHdAy PaRtY!
We had his party at the Country Club because of the diving board. Most of the kids (and a few of the dads) spent a majority of the time jumping, diving and flipping off of the diving board.

gone fishin'
for Jeff's 35th birthday. The kids and I gave Jeff a guided fishing trip on Clarks Hill for his birthday. Originally, just Jeff and Carson were going to go fishing...then Molly decided that she wanted to go...then they talked me in to going, too. Capt. Buddy was our guide for the day and made it a day we will remember for a very long time. To start with, he asked if we could meet him at the boat ramp at 5:30 am. The boat ramp was an hour from our house and we had to get up at 4:00 am! But it was all worth it. Guided fishing is the was to go. The guide took care of everything -- boat, fishing rods, baiting hooks, casting, taking the fish off the hook, repairing tangled fishing lines, etc... He really knew what he was doing -- we started catching fish almost immediately. We moved around to a couple of different spots until we had caught our limit (40 fish/10 per person). We had so much fun!
